Draft terms, to be reviewed before launch. The short version: Wakey informs, you decide, and your funds never leave your wallet.
No custody
Wakey never holds your funds. The one-tap sell link opens a prefilled sale that you sign in your own wallet. Voice selling, when it arrives, will only work through a limited, revocable permission on your own account: sells only, within limits you set, and no transfers or withdrawals.

Wakey reports on-chain events and carries out the actions you ask for. It does not recommend buying, selling or holding anything.

Stock tokens
Stock tokens are not available to US persons, and are unavailable in Canada, the United Kingdom and Switzerland. Wakey will not execute stock-token sales where they are not allowed.
